Profile: Caroline has been involved in family law since 1985 prior to the introduction of the Children Act in 1989 and remains heavily involved to the current day since obtaining her law degree and numerous other recognised diplomas and qualifications.
Caroline has attended family court hearings since 1993 regarding private and public family law matters whilst also frequently attending local authority meetings with parents given her vast knowledge of local authority guidelines and procedures to ensure fairness is achieved for many disadvantaged parents faced with the possibility of care proceedings or adoption.
Service and Support
You will be in safe hands with her professional experience and knowledge should you be issued with a notice of court proceedings or seek to challenge any reporting, expert evidence regarding the “Threshold” which is a legal requirement for public law proceedings or seek to vary, discharge, revoke any court order made by the family courts regarding children, including those placed within the care system, with a special guardian or placed for adoption within public law or an issue of contact and residence within private family law.
Caroline offers her assistance within a reasonable travelling distance by donating her free time, when available, “Pro Bono” however, she does kindly ask that her expenses are paid and that any client she assists makes a donation to one of her nominated registered charities that she supports.
