Profile: Claire is recently graduated from Salford University with a law degree and is registered with the Institute of Paralegals. The idea of a legal career came about when she represented herself in an Employment Tribunal successfully and assisting friends on various occasions to seek access to their children.
Claire has assisted various Litigants in Person starting from 2013 and will provide varied information, advice and assistance relating to parents seeking access to their children.
Claire uses the skills gained from life experience and training to help families focus on the needs of children and to improve communication by helping to build relationships.
Claire is a strong believer that, as long as it is safe, children should have a relationship with both parents and families.
From making the initial application through to contested hearings Claire has helped defend allegations of Domestic Abuse, obtained positive shared care arrangements, injunctions and more recently assisting with a parent alienated from their children.
