Profile: Hayley is a full time mum who for the past two years has been home schooling her two children along with support from her husband. They made this important family decision as they believe education can be not only tailored to the children's interests but also 'real life' education that can play a major part in their lives.

Hayley’s earlier working career involved mainly customer service roles which she believes provided her with some key skills such as patience, organisation, clear communication skills and excellent customer service.
She is well travelled and comes from a large diverse family, and is seen as the ‘agony aunt’ by many family members and friends who turn to her for information and advice. Hayley believes these experiences have given her fundamental skills for career and life and are particularly relevant as as a McKenzie Friend.
